Andrea brings the gift of body work and sound to promote deep relaxation and healing to the body, mind and spirit. She bridges western knowledge with eastern wisdom and uses techniques from both old and new practices. Healing happens as we bring harmony to the body and mind through gentle body work, reiki and sound.

Andrea is an experienced body worker with 30 years of practicing as a physical therapist with a deep understanding of orthopedic, neurological and developmental disorders.

She specializes in using MNRI Neuro-Structural Integration Program, created by Dr. Masgutova to address the stress responses that normally develop in our bodies. Initially expressed as a form of protection but now may be subconsciously holding us back. Adding the use of specialized sound frequencies and sonic vibration create a theraputic atmosphere to promote deep rest, cellular repair, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
